Our administrative hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Emergencies are seen 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Review our visiting hours and policies page for visitor hour information.

Telecommunications Relay Service

Individuals who are hearing impaired, have a combination of hearing impairment and sight loss, or have a speech disorder can place calls to the Charleston VA using a keyboard or assistive device using the South Carolina Telecommunications Relay Service.
